Case Studies

Real clients. Real numbers.

Only work we actually did, with the numbers we can stand behind. No borrowed logos, no invented percentages.

Reading These Numbers

How to judge a case study like a buyer

Agency case studies are easy to fake and hard to verify, so here is how to read ours. First, look for the metric class: interactions and calls on a Google profile are platform-counted numbers, not estimates, and they are the ones local businesses actually bank. Second, look at scope honesty: several of these engagements are on-page SEO projects, and they are labelled as projects, not dressed up as full growth retainers. Third, look for the starting condition: a law college students could not find is a different achievement from a famous brand growing ten percent. We publish the work list for every case, what was actually done, in what order, so you can judge whether the same work fits your business. What you will not find here: borrowed logos, stock-photo clients, or percentage claims with no base number. If an agency cannot show you a base, a scope and a platform-counted result, they are showing you marketing about marketing. These seven are the real book of work, and the audit is how yours would start.

Engagement Models

How these projects were bought

Three buying patterns produced the work above, and naming them helps you picture your own. Foundation builds are one-off: a website, a profile, the technical base, bought as a project with a fixed scope and a fixed price, like the TechMoris and Deep Cleaning foundations. Growth retainers are monthly: search, content, social or ads run as a system with monthly reporting, the pattern behind the compounding local results. Focused projects sit between: a defined piece of engineering, on-page SEO for Elite Global and Leadee, programmatic coverage for Deep Cleaning, scoped tightly and priced before work began. Notice what none of these engagements share: none began with a leap of faith. Every one started with diagnosis, the same free scored audit offered on this site, which named the scope before anyone discussed money. That sequence is the real product being sold across these pages: evidence first, scope second, price third, work fourth, in that order, every time. If you read these cases and wonder which pattern fits your business, that is precisely the question the audit answers, in writing, with your numbers.

A Standing Offer

Your case could be documented the same way

Every case above began as a business whose results were invisible online. If yours is in the same position, the route is identical and it starts free: the audit scores your visibility, website, profile, content and ads, names your three biggest leaks, and prices the fixes in writing. The cases that follow from that audit get documented with the same discipline used here: platform-counted numbers, honest scope labels, starting conditions stated. We publish them because proof is the marketing, and we would rather be graded on documented work than on adjectives.

Publishing Standards

What qualifies as a case here

A project becomes a case on this page only when three things exist together: a real client who agreed to be named, numbers counted by a platform or a ledger rather than estimated by us, and a scope label honest enough to shrink the claim where the engagement was narrow. That bar excludes some finished work we are proud of, because the numbers were not countable or the client preferred privacy, and it excludes every project still too young to have a fair measuring window. What remains is smaller than the full book of work and more useful for it: seven engagements you can interrogate line by line, each with its base, its period and its limits printed in the open. If an agency shows you forty cases, ask which three you may verify in this much detail, and watch the room change.

One more standard deserves stating before you go: when a project ends, its case stays honest. If results later decay, the page is updated rather than quietly deleted, because a portfolio that only ever improves is a portfolio that is editing history. Buyers deserve the same record-keeping from their agency that they would want from their accountant.

Your competitors are easier to find than you. That is fixable.
